A big thank you to my ESN partner and the SEPHORA team for their active participation in this project, as well as to our software partner Ivanti for their support.
Audit results : A complete overhaul of the infrastructure was recommended.
New Ivanti 2022 EPM architecture implemented.
New database, new servers, new system.
Version selection :
The existing architecture didn't meet best practices and the patching method wasn't fully understood, so my mission was to "install" a new, efficient and functional infrastructure.
Perfect service configuration and agent configuration tailored to the client's situation allow for effective patch management implementation.
The preparation of detailed documentation for local technical teams ensures a high-quality transfer of instruction.
